The Teen Space
Teen Only Hours:
During the school year, the Teen Space is limited to teen use from 3:00PM until closing on Monday through Friday, and all day long on school holidays and weekends.
Customers of all ages are welcome to browse the collection during teen only hours, but we respectfully ask adults and younger children to use the seating and computers in other areas of the library in order to keep this a safe and fun space for teens in grades 7-12.
Questions? Please see the Info Desk or ask Christine, the Teen Librarian
Thank you Volunteers, for all your help during the summer reading program. If you are interested in continued volunteer opportunities over the school year, please text "@tabmem" to 81010.
Scroll down, check our calendar, or follow us on Instagram @MtLaurelLibrary for info on upcoming events. Regular programs include Teen Advisory Board meetings, Dungeons and Dragons, Anime Club, Game Night, and Smash Brothers Tournaments. We also periodically offer laser tag, escape the room, Silent Library, Kahoot, arts and crafts, and many other events for teens.
We have received questions about hosting a practice SAT test at the library. We have been in touch with Kaplan Test Prep and will be working with them to schedule a practice test sometime in the spring.
